20151027 The New List Of DMCA Loopholes Has Been

-Car Modification (with the exception of Telemetric or EPA systems)
-Modifications to tablets (jailbreaking/modifying the firmware)
-Modification of firmware on wearable tech
are all fair game.

It is also now fully legal to circumvent “abandoned” video games that rely on Server Side DRM where the server end no longer functions
