Those speeds aren’t fast enough to do much! I checked out the address in your post and it looks like it’s just around the corner from an LTE tower. Is this the first time this has happened at that location? – SamKeith I Myers – 2015-05-18 22:32:03-0400+T-Mobile I noticed an issue in that area earlier today while driving through. I was streaming some music and it started buffering. That was at 3 PM. I went through the area at 9:40 and had the same problem so I pulled over to caputre the SpeedTest to test my theory. Speeds are about 11 MBPS if I travel a few miles in any direction from the one posted above so I believe that to be the epicenterCharlie Hatton – 2015-05-18 22:46:22-0400Personally, I’d go back to T-Mobile if they had more service in more places. The quality is great, but need to improve the quantity of locations.T-Mobile – 2015-05-18 22:48:56-0400Thanks for that info, +Keith I Myers. Based on the distances and performance difference, it’s probably a tower just north of Snake Creek Park there. I used one of my test phones here to file the ticket so I don’t have a ticket number to provide you, but we expect a survey to be made of that site within the next 3 business days.

You really have fantastic people.T-Mobile – 2015-05-19 06:03:58-0400+Terry Hutchinson Thanks! We do love making sure our customers are taken care of. 🙂 -JenKeith I Myers – 2015-05-19 07:49:10-0400+T-Mobile – just a quick update, I was in the area this morning and ran another test at ~6:45 AM and the speed did improve to 1.24 MBPS. It is still statistically slow compared to other locations in the area (between 9 MBPS and 16 MBPS) but it is now usable for some things.T-Mobile – 2015-05-19 10:53:20-0400Thanks for the update +Keith I Myers, it may be performing quicker during times when the network traffic isn’t as busy, feel free to check back here in a day or two so we can check on the ticket we opened last night. -Leah
