Just pulled out my +OnePlus One from my pocket and discovered it has developed numerous (pretty magnificent) cracks all on its own. I didn’t drop it or lean on anything that I can remember, and I never carry keys in the same pocket as the phone.
At least my wife’s screen got smashed when someone knocked it out of her hands. But this…
Oh, and yeah, the touchscreen no longer works. OPO seems very sensitive to any cracks, it seems.
Right before the Lollipop OTA too, bah.

Then again, this may be because One Plus delayed the update that was supposed to come out on MondayNick Sutrich – 2015-03-31 09:06:19-0400He’s had it for a number of months, there’s no telling what happened here. Maybe his jeans were too tight and he sat on it? I’ve had mine since launch and have dropped it a number of times for stupid reasons, there’s nothing more than scuffs on the body.Keith I Myers – 2015-03-31 09:08:24-0400+Nick Sutrich – Not sure if +Artem Russakovskii was wearing Skinny Jeans but that could add some strange stress. I have been carrying a Sony Z Ultra GPE in my front pocket for over a year and have never had such a thing happen. Nick Sutrich – 2015-03-31 09:09:51-0400+Keith I Myers I don’t want to blame the guy, weird stuff happens, but the crack here looks like something very specifically hit the screen.Keith I Myers – 2015-03-31 09:12:13-0400Agreed +Nick Sutrich although the correct stress could have weakened it to the point that a small bump could have caused it to shatter
