Keith I Myers – 2015-03-19 13:10:37-0400 – Updated: 2015-03-19 13:15:22-0400I was one of the first +Google Glass explorers and I have to disagree with this quite a bit, at least in the early days. I can honestly say that the expectation that Google Glass was a “Beta”/”Prototype” was made very clear to us. I never got the impression that Glass was a final product.
Just because a few explorers failed to understand this, it does not mean that it is the voice of all explorers.
Google admits its fatal mistake with Google Glass

Still use mine everyday, even though I may not post up things from Glass everyday. It was still worth the trip with the beta type.Keith I Myers – 2015-03-19 13:14:42-0400+Mike Ison – Wear mine daily as wellSandy Guerriere – 2015-03-19 13:18:27-0400Moving ahead with +Google Glass with +Rochester Optical +Tim Moore and the #glassfamily Robert Hamilton – 2015-03-19 13:18:38-0400Maybe early on it was a prototype but wouldn’t you think it was a finished product when it was in the Play store right beside the Nexus 6 for anybody to buy?Mike Ison – 2015-03-19 13:36:24-0400+Robert Hamilton no I do not believe it was still considered a done product then. Even when new users where purchasing from the store I am sure Google made those people understand that it was still being developed.
Besides, what a better way to test than to open it up some to the public for those who were diehard to purchase.Terry Hutchinson – 2015-03-19 13:55:58-0400 – Updated: 2015-03-19 13:56:46-0400I honestly can’t explain all the hate from the mainstream media. I have not encountered a single person that didn’t desperately want one of their own.
I suppose maybe it’s like the Edsel which it’s my understanding was an above average vehicle in every respect and truly exceptional in some areas. But some fucktard in the press made a nasty joke about its trademark ox collar grill and the whole company went down the tubes.
I will never understand why people put weight in the opinions of mean spirited, closed minded, fools that exist only to tear down other people’s accomplishments.Deven Raval – 2015-03-22 11:58:23-0400Unlike other companies, atleast Google admit’s it’s mistake’s at some point.
