We had some serious issues with Comcast’s wiring a few years ago that made us move to UVerse. Comcast was great… when it worked, which was only 60% of the time.
I had to make a tough decision: Do I want a fast but unstable connection or do I want a slow but fairly stable connection?George Leon – 2014-10-02 12:49:41-0400I am sure Comcast has improved their offering. I am back with Time Waner, who’s customer service I really dislike (similar stability issues in the past too) but their cable broadband has been faster & more reliable than the other offerings from Verizon’ FIOS & AT&T’s UVerse. As an added bonus, I found that opening the cable ISP pipeline also gave me basic cable, local + most of the other comon channels, Discovery, Ion, Animal, ESPN, etc. Not that I ever watch it, but occasionally news or other program of interest is on.
