As someone who has spent hours sitting in the waiting room at Sprint for hours, it was refreshing to be in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes (1 phone activation and 2 line port ins)

I am not sure who runs your marketing department but I am sure that they can capitalize on the concept that “you can switch providers on your lunch break” and still have time for lunchT-Mobile
