On June 29th, 2013 – I became one of the first people to get the pleasure of owning Google Glass. For me, and countless others, Google Glass was more than a gadget but a springboard into several new and unique experiences. Thanks to Google Glass, I have had the pleasure of meeting several amazing people and travel around the country to meet with like-minded users. Many media outlets and journalists criticized Google Glass owners with unfounded claims of potential privacy violations but very few of them have actually met with Google Glass Owners to listen to their side of the story.
